Our process is 3 steps: oxidation removal, wet sanding, and a ceramic coating that chemically bonds to the lens. The sanding is grit matched to the damage and worked up through finer and finer grits. They can. The state inspection rule, 540 CMR 4.04, requires every lens to be clean, unobstructed, and free from cracks, so heavy haze puts your annual sticker at risk.
