1. The work: Restored or It's Free
When the job is done, you look at your headlights and you decide, before you pay. Not a discount, not a redo appointment you have to chase. If you aren't satisfied, you simply don't pay. It applies to every vehicle on Full Restoration and Crystal Clear for Life. We can offer it because the full restoration process removes the damaged layer completely instead of covering over it.
And the warranty on top
The guarantee covers the day of the job. The warranty covers the years after. If a lens we restored hazes or yellows again inside its coverage, call us and we restore it again at no charge.
Full Restoration is covered for 3 years. Crystal Clear for Life is covered for as long as you own the vehicle, with a free yearly inspection and touch up. Coverage is tied to you and the vehicle we worked on, so it ends if the vehicle is sold. The full terms, including what the warranty doesn't cover and how often you can use it, are on the terms page. Guarantee questions, answered
What counts as restored?
Factory clarity: light passes through the lens instead of scattering, with no haze, yellowing, or cloudiness left on the restored surface. You see the finished lenses before you pay, next to the before photos we take. The standard is the work, and it's on display on our before and after page.
Does the guarantee apply to the cheaper package too?
Yes. Full Restoration and Crystal Clear for Life both carry it, on every vehicle, including fleet and dealer volume work. The restoration is identical in both. The only difference is how long we cover it afterward. Basic Restoration is the exception: it is the same work priced without the guarantee or the warranty, and that is stated on the card.
What's the difference between the guarantee and the warranty?
The guarantee covers the day of the job: restored or it's free. The warranty covers the years after: 3 years on Full Restoration, and on Crystal Clear for Life a warranty that runs for as long as you own the vehicle, plus a free yearly inspection and touch up. Full terms are on our terms page.
